AGM Cloud is a SaaS workforce management platform owned and operated by Auvix Global Movers LLC ("we", "us", "our").
We collect: account information (name, email, phone), workforce data (time entries, GPS location during clock-in/out, before/after photos), business data (jobs, clients, quotes, contracts, invoices), financial data (billing), messages you send our AI assistant or AI drafting tools, and usage data (device/session metadata, product analytics).
To provide the service, enforce attendance verification, generate invoices and quotes, process payroll calculations, power AI-assisted features (quote pricing suggestions, contract and email drafting, marketing copy, the site chat assistant), and improve the platform.
We collect GPS coordinates during clock-in and clock-out to verify geofence compliance. Location is not continuously tracked. Workers are notified of collection at enrollment.
Some features (quote pricing suggestions, contract and email drafting, marketing content generation, and the site chat assistant) use Google's Gemini API to generate suggestions. Content you submit to these features (such as chat messages or drafting prompts) is sent to Google for processing. AI outputs are always drafts for a person to review, edit, send, or discard — nothing is sent, signed, or posted automatically. Do not submit sensitive data (passwords, payment details, government IDs) to the chat assistant or drafting tools.

Data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus any legally required retention period (for example, invoices are retained for 7 years for tax compliance, and audit logs for 2 years). Configurable retention settings are planned for company administrators.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Use the data export feature in your account settings, or contact us at privacy@agmcloud.cc. You may also withdraw analytics consent at any time from the cookie banner.
Customer data (time entries, jobs, invoices, photos, quotes, contracts) remains owned by the applicable customer. We do not claim ownership of customer operational data.
We use Stripe (payments), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), SendGrid (email), AWS S3 (file storage), Google Gemini (AI features), PostHog (product analytics, with consent), and Plausible (cookieless site analytics). See our subprocessor list.
