Terms of Service

1. Ownership

AGM Cloud software, branding, documentation, and platform infrastructure are the intellectual property of Auvix Global Movers LLC. Customers own their uploaded and operational data.

2. License

Customers grant Auvix Global Movers LLC only the limited license necessary to store, process, and display their data for the purpose of delivering the service.

3. Subscriptions

Plans: Starter, Growth, Business, Enterprise. Self-serve plans include a 14-day free trial, no card required to start; if a card is not added before the trial ends, the account falls back to Starter-level access rather than being locked out. Enterprise is contract-based. Cancel anytime — access continues until period end. Refunds per applicable law.

4. AI Features

AGM Cloud offers optional AI-assisted features (quote pricing suggestions, contract and email drafting, marketing content generation, and a site chat assistant), powered by third-party AI models. AI output is provided as a draft or suggestion only — it may be inaccurate or incomplete, and a person must review, edit, and approve it before it is sent, signed, invoiced, or posted. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it, and we do not guarantee its accuracy.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use AGM Cloud for unlawful purposes, unauthorized access, or to infringe third-party rights. See Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Restrictions

Unauthorized copying, resale, reverse engineering, or redistribution of AGM Cloud software is prohibited.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security, accurate billing information, and authorized use within your organization.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate. On termination, customer data is available for export for 30 days before deletion.
